Emma is a Chartered Physiotherapist offering Pilates classes for people of all ages and abilities from teenagers to octogenarians. Classes are fun and friendly and can help balance your body to achieve optimal function whether you are recovering from surgery/injury or wanting to improve strength, mobility and balance for everyday life or sporting ambitions.
